Maintenance
Here at Phoenix Power Solutions we pride ourselves on the level of support that we offer our existing and new customers. Maintenance is an extremely important requirement for any UPS system, especially the larger single phase and all three phase systems. The UPS units are more complex, requiring extra batteries, therefore larger chargers/rectifiers, and therefore cooling. The fans, and power devices require regular checks to ensure they are operating correctly and that the UPS is being kept running as cool as possible.
We offer nationwide service support, and cover most brands of UPS system, though the level of support may vary due to spares costs etc. We have over 20 years of experience in the UPS field, and also offer support for marine based applications. Our engineers have a minimum of 8 years experience with UPS systems, and it will always be a fully qualified and experienced engineer that visits your site. Our aim is to provide engineers with a suitable level of experience that first visit fixes are the norm and advice given is derived from years of practical familiarity with UPS, batteries, inverters and DC systems. All emergency calls are directed to the on-call engineer and not via a call centre or non technical person. He will be able to help and advise and where necessary provide you with an ETA, within your contract time to attend your site.
We believe that we are one of, if not, the most cost effective UPS Service providers in the UK. Our staff are engineers, not sales or highly paid directors, just straight forward honest engineers who enjoy the challenges that engineering solutions can bring. This means we can keep our overheads down and thus pass on these savings to our customers, without any reduction in the quality of our service. We feel that we provide a much better service than larger impersonal companies who treat you friends and not just customers.
